Our platform offers downloadable and licensed digital content such as photographs, videos, and virtual experiences. Due to the nature of these products, special terms apply for cancellations and refunds.

1. General Terms

  • All digital product sales are considered final once payment is processed.
  • By purchasing from our Website, you agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in full.
  • This policy applies to all products including downloadable content, immersive experiences, and commissioned digital creations.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for standard digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed.
  • This includes downloads of images, videos, VR/AR files, and other digital media.
  • Delivery of digital goods is either instant or initiated immediately upon confirmation of payment, making cancellation technically and logistically unfeasible.

3. Non-Refundable Products

All sales of the following products are non-refundable:

  • Licensed stock media (photos, videos, audio, 3D assets)
  • Digital files delivered via download link, email, or content locker
  • Subscriptions or access passes once activated
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or bundle offers

4. Exceptions - Damaged or Corrupted Files

If you receive a file that is:

  • Corrupted
  • Inaccessible
  • Incomplete
  • Technically non-functional

Please notify us at tellmedigi@outlook.com within 3-5 calendar days of receiving the content. Upon verification, we will issue a corrected and functional version of the same file at no additional cost.

5. Incorrect or Mismatched Orders

If you receive a file or product that does not match the description, preview, or specifications shown at the time of purchase:

  • Contact us within 3-5 days of purchase
  • We will investigate the issue and may, at our sole discretion:
    1. Provide the correct version
    2. Offer a replacement product
    3. Extend store credit for future purchases

6. Custom/Commissioned Work

  • Cancellations are allowed only before production begins
  • Once the project enters development or creation phase, payments become non-refundable
  • If production is delayed by our team beyond the committed timeframe without cause, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount
